Obituary of Ronald Arthur Bellefeuille

Ronald Arthur Bellefeuille, 64, of Gardiner Maine passed peacefully with his friend Judy by his side on April 7, 2024.
Ronnie, son of Robert and Phylis was born in Springfield Massachusetts then moved to Maine in his early adult years.

Ronnie loved to take his canoe and go fishing for the day. He was a member of Faith Christian Church and the Gardiner Sportsman Club. He was a music lover of Rock and Roll and Blues in which he attended many concerts and a big CD collection. He liked the harmonica. He often talked about his trip to Graceland.  Ronnie became a Christian about 15 years ago and loved Bible movies and Bible study. He was always grateful for what he had and said Grace at mealtimes.

He worked very hard as an Iron Worker and Roofer for most all his adult life. He also was a maintenance man at Old Orchard Beach hotels prior to roofing. He was very particular with his work with anything. He was a great Jack of all Trades.

He really enjoyed his friends and family.  He cherished the time spent with them. He loved his lifetime friends Lettie and Judy,  cousins Nancy and Dave, and his brother, Paul and his wife Donna. He liked joking around with us. He had lots of nieces and nephews and talked about them frequently.

Ronnie was born to be a sincere friend. He definitely was a giver, not a taker. He loved buying gifts that were just right for the person he was buying for. Wrapping it with a card included. His heart was as big as the sun. Always willing to help you. His sense of humor was always popular in a quiet room. Once you met him you would never forget him.  He loved life.

Ronnie fought courageously this past year 1/2. He spent his last year as a patient of Maine General Hospice where he had great care all around with Jake his registered nurse and Erin his social worker along with Emily CNA. His last month he spent in a hospice at Care and Comfort. He received the most loving and excellent care with a special thank you to Wendy his registered nurse who was with him until the end. All the CNAs were very efficient and caring.

His surviving family are his brother Paul and his wife Donna, his brother Philip and his wife Marie. His cousin Nancy and husband Dave.

His family who have passed prior to Ronnie are his brothers Bobby and wife Teresa, Roger and wife Joanne, James, Rene and wife Lori and John and his wife Tina.

Ronnie really loved his brothers and sister in-laws.  Talked frequently about them as children.

A special thank you to his pastor Wes who visited Ronnie frequently.

I can just hear God saying You’ve come a long way with me Ronnie. Now it’s time to rest.
