Obituary of Richard Fitzpatrick

Richard Fitzpatrick, aged 81, passed away peacefully on April 22nd, 2024, at the Maine Rehabilitation and Longterm Care at Glenridge in Augusta, Maine. He was born on September, 1942 in Natick, Massachusetts to Francis Fitzpatrick and Viola (Coolidge) Fitzpatrick. He was a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston. Richard worked as an insurance agent in Framingham, and later as a cabbie in Boston. He had a quick wit and liked to do impersonations, mainly of Popeye and Ted Kennedy.

Richard is survived by two sons, Brian (and his wife Lisa) and Kevin, his grandchildren Ben and Anna, all of Maine, his sister Evelyn of Middletown, RI, and many nieces and nephews, grandneices and grandnephews. He was predeceased by his sisters Shirley and Lucille and his brother Francis. Burial will be private.
