Obituary of Howard R. Young

HOWARD R. YOUNG, 60, passed away July 17, 2009 in Waterville. He was born March 9, 1949 in Augusta, the son of Howard B. and Noella (Labbe) Young. Howard enjoyed playing pool, fishing and was an active part of the American Legion in Fairfield and enjoyed his many friends there. He is predeceased by his parents and his sister, Victoria Labonte. He is survived by his children, Mark Young of Waterville and Scott Young of Hampden and Monroe; his brothers, Ronald H. Young and wife Muriel of Manchester, and Raymond Young of Westbrook; his grandson, Zion Jacob Mercado. Funeral services will be held at Maine Veterans Cemetery, Augusta, on Friday, July 24th at 2 p.m. Arrangements under the care of Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast.
