Obituary of William Bill Knoeller

William "Bill" W. Knoeller, 86, of Stockton Springs passed away on May 2, 2010 in Boynton Beach, Florida. He was born on August 29, 1923 in the Bronx, New York the son William A. and Florence (Roth) Knoeller. William was a United States Navy veteran who served on the Ben Franklin. He was also a member of the Stockton Springs American Legion. William Loved boating, fishing and being with his family. He is predeceased by his parents, his wife Ann Knoeller and his sister. Bill is survived by his loving children Dorothy Davidson and significant other Jack of Boynton Beach, FL, Barbara Knoeller and husband Tim Fisher of Mellville, New York, and William Martin Knoeller of Eastern Long Island, New York; eight grandchildren Robin, Brooke, and Brian Davidson, Timmy, Kristy and Kelly Fisher, William Oaks, and Jenny Knoeller; great granddaughter Ellie Knoeller; nieces and nephews Viola Whaley, Walter Grabowski, and many others. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 19, 2010 from 5-7 pm with a graveside service to follow Thursday May 20, 2010, 10:00 am at Maine Veterans Cemetery 163 Mt. Vernon Road Augusta, Maine.
