Obituary of Alexina Rossignol

ALEXINA ROSSIGNOL, 79, died July 2, 2010 at her residence in Searsmont. She was born in Guerette, Maine January 21, 1931, a daughter of Hubalt and Yvonne (Dione) Fisher. She worked many years locally for Penobscot Poultry. She loved crafts and knitting, especially making things for her family which included many, many pairs of wool socks. She was predeceased by her husband, Armand; three brothers, Leo Fisher, Lee Fisher and Tony Fisher; four sisters, Sylvia Bouchard, Viola Maheaux, Theresa Fisher and Lidia Martin. Alexina is survived by two sons, Larry Rossignol and his wife Angel of Vassalboro, Roger Rossignol and wife Cindy of Machias; daughters, Anita Taylor of Searsmont; Jeannette Lear and her husband Heinz of Swanville; two sisters, Lorina Violet and Rita Hebert and husband Marcel; nine grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
