Obituary of Thomas E. Astbury

THOMAS E. ASTBURY, 62, passed away peacefully at his residence on July 27th. He was born in Ellsworth December 13, 1947, son of Philip and Arlene (Owen) Astbury. He was predeceased by his parents and a daughter, Melissa Gray. He is survived by his wife, Janet Astbury; his sons, Travis Astbury and wife Corina, Thomas W. Astbury and wife Kelly, all of Blue Hill; daughter Rhoda Clifford and husband Oakley of Brooksville; sisters, Carol Bakeman of Blue Hill, Ramona Young and husband Kelvin of Sedgwick; grandchildren, Gage, Evan, Thomas, Shelbi, Percy, Justin, Jenna; special nephew Kip of Sedgwick as well as many other nephews and nieces and many friends and people he touched throughout his life. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 7th at Seaside Cemetery in Blue Hill.
