Obituary of John F. Bacheller

John F. Bacheller, 88, died Tuesday 12/14/10 at North Berwick. He was born June 6, 1922 in Westchester, PA the son of Francis and Ellen (Hatfield) Bacheller. John worked most of his life as a heavy equipment operator and for the last several years for the Wells Highway Department. He was a member of the Ocean Lodge AF & AM of Wells. He was pre-deceased by his first wife, Mary in 1981. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Dorathy Bacheller of Wells; two sons, Mr. & Mrs. John Bacheller of New Hampshire; Mr. & Mrs. Michael Bacheller of Massachusetts; two daughters, Patricia and Darlene Bacheller both of Massachusetts; four grandchildren; five step-children and 14 grand stepchildren. Private services will be held in Massachusetts at the convenience of the family. Those friends who wish may make memorial contributions to the Kennebunk Animal Shelter or shelter of your choice. Arrangements are under the care of Direct Cremation of Maine, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast.
