Obituary of Paul Francis Norwood

Paul F. Norwood Sr. of Freedom, Maine passed away peacefully at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine on August 1, 2011. He was born in Peabody, Massachusetts on September 11, 1950. Paul owned his own painting business called Norwoods Painting. He painted houses all over Knox and Waldo County. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, cookouts and listening to Native American music. He was a very spiritual, loving and forgiving man. He honored and respected the ways of the Native Americans. He was very proud to walk around in his buckskins wearing feathers in his hair. He was predeceased by his sister Elaine Norwood, his father Kenneth F. Norwood Sr., and his mother Tina Norwood (Landry). He is survived by his Sons Paul F. Norwood Jr. and Jason E. Norwood Sr.; his brothers Bruce, David, Robert and Kenneth Jr.; and his grandchildren Kayla, Misti, Natasha, Jason Jr., Justin, Jaiden and Shaina. Also his great grandchildren, which he spoke of very much of- they made him "great". They are Destiny, Matthew, Bryant, also there is one on the way. Services are not scheduled at the present time.
