Obituary of Bruce H. Blakesley

BRUCE H. BLAKESLEY SR., 58, passed away at his residence in Monroe on September 8, 2011. He was born in Medford, Massachusetts on August 10, 1953 to Harry and Alice (Rich) Blakesley. He was a U.S. Army veteran. Bruce moved to Maine in 2005 with his wife and grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with all three of them as well as his son, Bruce Jr. He loved computers and science fiction. He was predeceased by his parents and is survived by his wife of 32 years, Susan M. Blakesley of Monroe; his son Bruce H. Blakesley Jr. of Searsport; three grandchildren, Hunter and Ethan Blakesley of Monroe and Eddie Blakesley of Belfast. At his request no services will be held. Private burial will take place for the family.
