Having done this show for more than 30 years, he was selected to be a trustee of the Maine Building, a post that he held until his death. The Town of Boothbay Harbor and Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church always held a special place in Tom’s heart, being on many boards and a Selectman for many years. He was also a member of the Madison-Skowhegan Elks Lodge #2531 as well as having served in the Maine State National Guard. After retiring from Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, Tom and his wife Debbie started Deb’s Lawn Care, which he ran until his death. Tom is survived by his wife Deborah Carbone and predeceased by his first wife Joyce S. Carbone. He is also survived by his three children, Michelle Dumont, her husband Anthony and their son Ryan of Augusta, Maine; his sons Christopher Carbone of Portland, Maine and David Carbone and his fiancé Liza and their child Teagan of Skowhegan, Maine; his younger brother Henry Carbone and his wife Nancy of Fort Kent, ME and their sons Hank and John and their families; as well as Kevin and Kimberlee Connery and their children Christina and Kaitlyn; Celeste Bishop of Feeding Hills, MA and Fran Wilson of Boothbay Harbor, ME.
