Obituary of Delbert Jackson Percy
Delbert J. Percy, 83, passed away October 22, 2012 at his residence in Phippsburg, Maine. He was born January 15, 1929 the son of Minot and Gertrude (Neas) Percy in Roxbury, MA. He was a USAF veteran, worked for the the Marblehead Police Department as an Lieutenant/Inspector and was also a self-employed lobersterman. Percy is survived by his wife, Patricia Percy.
