Obituary of Leon Harvey

LEON HARVEY, 58 of Frankfort, passed away at home December 26, 2012. He was born to Ernest Harvey and Eunice (Moody) Harvey on May 13, 1954 in Swanville. Leon is survived by his wife of 37 years, Hazel Harvey; two sons Clifton Harvey, Aaron Harvey and his wife Jody; two daughters Angela Womack and husband John, Shirleen Harvey; two grandchildren Gerald Womack and Peyton Harvey; one brother William Harvey; one sister Alberta Harvey; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Leon will be missed by all but especially by brother-in-law Douglas Ward, cousin Eddie Thomas and friend April Bunker. Leon really enjoyed jam sessions and antique cars, and spending time with family - his grandchildren always made him smile. Leon was predeceased by infant son Leon Ernest Harvey, his parents, sisters Annie Bowen and Anna Harvey; niece Joyce Seekins; nephew Jimmy Bowen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clifton and Sadie Ward. Memorial services will be held 1 pm Wednesday, January 2nd at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast.
