Obituary of Jolene Valdes

JOLENE VALDES, 68, passed away in Waterville on February 13, 2013. She was born in Corinna, Maine and lived most of her life in Norridgewock where she attended the Seventh-Day Adventist School and church. A nurse’s aide and home health aide, she retired due to disability and lived her final years at Woodlands Assisted Living of Waterville. She was predeceased by her father Bernard Whary, mother Lula Whary; a sister Jean Rossignol and brother Russel Whary. Survivors include her children Ignacio Valdes, Jr. and David Valdes Greenwood; brothers, Ronald and Phillip Whary; grandchildren, Tiffany Valdes, Rachel Valdes, Nathan Valdes, Lily Valdes Greenwood; many nieces and nephews including Rena Rossignol, Glenice Rossignol and Sharon Whary.
