Obituary of Eugene H. Littlefield

EUGENE H. LITTLEFIELD, 85, passed away in Belfast on April 6, 2013. He was born in Canton, Massachusetts May 5, 1927, son of Henry and Selena (Carson) Littlefield. He was a U.S. Army veteran who worked as a farmer during his lifetime. Eugene was predeceased by his parents and his wife, Wilda, in 2008. Survivors include his daughter, Linda Smith and husband Roy, his son, Eugene Littlefield, all of Belfast; siblings Warren Littlefield and Gloria of Florida, Maurice Littlefield and wife Julia of Virginia, Beverly Thomas and husband Roy of Morrill, Gary Littlefield and special friend Viola of Belfast; grandchildren Rick Smith and wife Jennifer, Derek smith, Staci Carpenters and husband Miles, Joshua Watkins and wife Sharon, Katie Littlefield, Lyle Littlefield; great-grandchildren Ricky IV, Timmy Smith, Drew Abalon, Laura Carpenter, Alissa Ryder, Haley Watkins; numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 9th at Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Avenue, Belfast. Graveside services with Pastor Jim Culbertson officiating will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Littlefield Cemetery, 140 Poors Mills Road, Belfast.
