Obituary of Joan Johnson

BELFAST JOAN JOHNSON, 81, passed away March 2, 2015 at Belfast. She was born September 7, 1933 in Norwood, Massachusetts to James and Dorothy (Jostin) Garland. Joan enjoyed collecting lighthouses, crocheting and most of all talking on the phone to her many friends in Massachusetts and Maine. She is predeceased by her parents; her husband Karl S. Johnson and a brother Bernard. Survivors include her children Gloria Seavey and her husband John of Searsport, Karl Johnson and wife Kellie of Florida, William Johnson and wife Debbie of Trenton, James Johnson and wife Sandy of Belfast; her brother Robert Garland of Illinois and sister Judy Garland of Belfast; her grandchildren, Dennis Jr., Annette, Robert, Jennifer, Billy, Jessica, Tabitha, Justin, Chelsea, Elizabeth, Krystal, Arthur; many great-grandchildren and a very special friend, Ramona.
