Obituary of Anthony Lou Gillcrist

Anthony Lou Gillcrist, 32, of Jacksonville, FL., passed away unexpectedly April 16, 2015, in Belfast, ME. He was born in Jacksonville on August 20th, 1982 to John and Stephanie Gillcrist. Anthony graduated from The Bolles School, double majored in English and History at the University of North Florida with honors, and went on to become a decorated veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Anthony is survived by his parents and his sister, Kathryn. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. April 28 at Holy Family Catholic Church on Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville. A reception will be held immediately after the service at the home of the parents, and burial will be at the Arlington National Cemetery at a later date to be announced.
