Obituary of James H. Nash

James H. Nash passed away June 9, 2015. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Jim was born October 13, 1941 the son of George “Bud” and Martha Nash. He graduated from Camden High School where he met and married his wife, Marilynn M. Nash, of 51 years. They had two children Kimberly & Richard Nash. James worked at Mike Creamer’s Volkswagen, & Boyton Chevrolet. He had his own trash removal business & chimney cleaning businesses. He also co-owned Economy Builders with his brother-in-law, David Gibbs. Later he worked as a guard at the Maine State Prison & several years for the Town of Camden Highway Department where he retired. Jim enjoyed the outdoors and especially fishing. He had a heart of gold and was always there to lend a helping hand. Jim is survived by his wife Marilynn, daughter Kim & her husband Leigh Jackson, son Rick & his wife Amy and their two daughters Alyssa & Julie whom he loved every moment with; his mom Martha Nash, sister Bea & husband Boze Grant, sister Becky & husband Dave Gibbs all which he cared very deeply for as well as several nieces and nephews. Jim is sadly missed by us all & will forever be in our hearts. Please join Jim’s family in honoring him during a memorial at the Oak Hill Cemetery, June 18 at 2:00 p.m.
